WHITEFOX Real Estate NZ – Silky Otter Cinemas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter is WHITEFOX Real Estate NZ (“Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Open to New Zealand residents aged 18+.
    • Employees of White Fox Real Estate and their immediate families are ineligible.
  1. Entry Period: 11:00 AM NZST 27th June 2025 – 12:00PM NZST 1st July 2025.
  2. How to Enter:
    • Follow @whitefoxrealestate.nz on Instagram.
    • Tag one friend you’d like to take with you in the comments of the giveaway post.
    • Both you and your tagged friend must be following @whitefoxrealestate.nz at the time of entry and winner announcement.
    • Only one entry per person (multiple tags in one comment count as one entry).
  1. Prize:
    • 5 winners will each receive one double pass (2 tickets) to Silky Otter Cinemas (valid at any Silky Otter venue across New Zealand).
    • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Travel, food, and other expenses are not included.
    • Tickets will be posted to the winners.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification:
    • Winners will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram DM within 2 days after the closing date.
    • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a redraw will occur.
    • Winners may be announced on WHITEFOX Real Estate’s Instagram page.
  1. Prize Fulfilment:
    • Winners must provide a valid NZ postal address.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify winner eligibility.
  1. General:
    • The Promoter’s decision is final.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their Instagram username being used for promotional purposes.
  1. Privacy: Any personal data collected will be used solely for prize fulfilment and deleted afterward, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
