THE DEAL: Two Years of WHITEFOX Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is not one market. It is beachfront, waterfront, hinterland, high-rise and acreage, often within the same afternoon.

In its first two years, WHITEFOX Gold Coast recorded 63 transactions across 25 suburbs, representing more than $232.8 million in sales. That equates to approximately one recorded transaction every ten days.

For Managing Director Nic Whitehead, the objective from the outset was clear.

“The first two years were really about proving we belonged here and showing people what WHITEFOX could bring to the Gold Coast.”

That proof came through the calibre of the work.

El Fin sold for $13.5 million. Villa Casa achieved $10.5 million. At 66 Rumrunner Street, the team delivered a suburb-record result for Mermaid Waters.

Through its partnership with GRAYA, the Gold Coast team has delivered almost $37 million in sales. That continued trust from arguably Australia’s most in-demand luxury developer reflects the position WHITEFOX has earned in the local prestige market.

For Nic, however, the results are only part of what has been built.

“What I’m most proud of is the team we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned. We’ve worked hard, stayed close to our clients and kept pushing to do things differently.”

Led by Nic, the current Gold Coast team includes Hayley Beswick, Kristian Whitehead, Elle Anderson, Dijana Speak, Sam Beechey, Zach Murray, Dean Pegoraro, Zac Carter, Ebony Davidson, Keenin Whitcher and Ashlie Excell.

Strong results are now leading to stronger instructions. The office currently represents, and is preparing to launch, some of the Gold Coast’s most significant blue-chip properties.

Local vendors are increasingly recognising the advantage of a team that combines on-the-ground knowledge with the marketing, buyer network and international reach of an established luxury brand.

“It feels like the foundations are now in place. The next twelve months are about backing the team, taking on more great properties and showing what this office can become.”

In two years, WHITEFOX Gold Coast has moved from new name to established operator, earning its position in one of Australia’s most varied property markets.
